Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a senior Paid Social Media Manager to lead strategy and execution across PPC, SEO, and paid social for a diverse client portfolio. You will own performance, reporting, QA, and continual improvement while staying deeply engaged in client calls to shape strategy and close deals.

You will oversee internal and external specialists, build growth roadmaps, and ensure measurable outcomes across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft, and organic search.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years in PPC or SEO or multi-channel strategy.
• Experience running paid and organic channels concurrently.
• Proficient with Google Ads, GA4 and Search Console.
• Ability to craft strategic recommendations for clients.
• Experience guiding execution teams and ensuring quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for PPC and SEO across multiple clients.
• Join sales calls to validate scope and pitch recommendations.
• Build growth roadmaps for each client over 90 days to 1 year.
• Own client performance across paid and organic channels.
• Audit campaigns, keywords, bidding, and CRO opportunities.
• Oversee technical SEO and AI-driven content initiatives.
• Track KPIs, attribution, and analytics accuracy.
• Coordinate with the marketing project manager and QA teams.
• Present monthly and quarterly performance summaries.
