Job summary

The Kraft Group in Worcester, MA is seeking a Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to lead supplier strategy and sourcing for packaging products. You will develop strategic supplier relationships, negotiate commercial terms, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Operations, and customers to deliver value.

Initially an individual contributor, the role is designed to scale into people leadership as the business grows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or purchasing.
• Experience in packaging, manufacturing, distribution, or industrial products preferred.
• Strong supplier negotiation and contract management skills.
• Knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier performance management, and inventory planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies that support gross-margin targets and cost savings.
• Lead supplier negotiations, contracts, pricing terms, rebates and incentives.
• Build supplier relationships with KPIs, scorecards and quarterly reviews.
• Identify, qualify, onboard and develop suppliers to improve cost competitiveness and supply continuity.
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives and track financial benefits against targets.
