Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of procurement, sourcing, or purchasing experience.
• Experience in packaging, manufacturing, distribution, or industrial products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies to support approved gross-margin, cost-savings, working-capital, and supplier-consolidation targets.
• Lead supplier negotiations and commercial management for pricing, payment terms, rebates, and SLAs; track realized savings monthly.
• Build and manage supplier relationships using KPIs, scorecards, and quarterly business reviews; ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify, qualify, onboard, and develop suppliers to improve cost competitiveness and continuity.
• Monitor supplier performance and report savings, risks, and mitigation actions monthly.
