Job summary

The Procurement & Supply Chain Manager at Kraft Group LLC leads supplier and sourcing strategy to improve profitability and ensure a reliable supply of packaging products for resale to its established and growing customer base.

This role develops strategic supplier relationships, negotiates commercial agreements, identifies new sourcing opportunities, and partners cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Operations and customers to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or purchasing experience required.
• Experience in packaging, manufacturing, distribution, or industrial products preferred.
• Strong supplier negotiation and contract management skills.
• Knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier performance management, and inventory planning.
• Analytical ability to identify cost savings and operational improvements.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies that support gross-margin, cost-savings, working-capital, and supplier-consolidation targets.
• Lead supplier negotiations and management for pricing, terms, rebates, and SLAs; track realized savings and margin impact.
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships; hold suppliers accountable for quality and delivery.
• Identify and onboard suppliers to improve cost competitiveness and supply continuity.
• Lead value-engineering and cost-reduction initiatives with alternative materials and configurations.
• Develop supply-risk and business-continuity strategies; implement dual/ regional sourcing and contingency plans.
• Monitor supply conditions and mitigate disruptions; report risks monthly with mitigation actions.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align sourcing with forecasted demand and financial goals.
• Manage procurement performance and continuous improvement via dashboards and reviews.
• Support special projects as business dictates.
• Maintain compliance with privacy and confidentiality standards.
