Job summary

Shorr Packaging Corp. in Nashville, TN is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and manage a portfolio of customers in the industrial packaging sector. You will prospect, develop proposals, and close deals while delivering outstanding service.

You will build consultative relationships with senior buyers and cross-functional teams, meet revenue targets, and leverage ESOP culture.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Driven hunter with a strong work ethic and track record of exceeding targets.
• Sales experience in an industrial setting or packaging sectors.
• Experience with solutions selling and proposals.
• Ability to influence up to C-level decision makers.
• Strong analytics to track sales activity and market trends.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
• Self-motivated, competitive and customer service oriented.
