Job summary

Shorr Packaging Corp. is seeking an Account Executive in Minneapolis to drive new business and manage a portfolio of active accounts. You will prospect, present Shorr Packaging solutions, and build long-term, consultative partnerships to meet revenue targets.

You will lead proposals, coordinate with internal teams, and travel within the territory to engage client locations. A strong hunter mentality and experience in industrial packaging sales are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Driven hunter mentality with strong work ethic.
• Industrial or packaging sales experience preferred.
• Deep understanding of solutions selling and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to influence up to C-level decision makers.
• Strong analytical skills to track sales activity and trends.
