Job summary

Shorr Packaging Corp. is expanding its sales team in the United States, seeking a results-driven Account Executive in Indiana. The AE will prospect for new business, manage a portfolio of accounts, and deliver Shorr Packaging solutions to corporate clients with a consultative, solution-based approach.

You will build proposals, price offerings, and partner with internal teams to close deals while growing long-term client relationships and ensuring revenue targets are met.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equiv. experience.
• Hunter mindset with drive to exceed targets.
• Experience selling in industrial/packaging sectors.
• Strong ability to sell solutions and manage complex deals.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Consultatively sell Shorr Packaging solutions to corporate accounts in the assigned region.
• Develop and manage proposals with deliverables and pricing.
• Nurture relationships with cross-functional partners and clients.
• Drive new business while servicing existing accounts.
