Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Hunters with a strong work ethic who exceed targets.
• Industrial/packaging sales experience preferred.
• Experience with solutions selling and managing sales processes.
• Ability to influence C-level decision makers.
• Strong analytical skills to track sales activity and plans.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and customer-service oriented.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
