HireRight, a premier background screening and workforce solutions provider based in Nashville, TN, seeks a Procurement Manager to lead P2P execution and strategic sourcing. You will drive supplier negotiations, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IT, and business partners to optimize costs and service levels.

The role is hybrid, based in downtown Nashville, and involves system implementations, process redesigns, and strong governance to ensure SOX compliance

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5+ years of procure-to-pay or procurement operations experience in a mid-to-large enterprise.
• Experience participating in or leading P2P system implementations (Coupa, Ariba, Basware, NetSuite, Workday, Tropic).
• Proven vendor negotiation track record with demonstrable commercial outcomes.
• SOX-controlled environment and audits experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Sourcing & Category Management: translate business requirements into P2P needs and workflows.
• Financial & Analytical Leadership: identify total cost of ownership improvements and payment terms.
• Vendor & Contract Management: maintain supplier data, onboarding, renewal tracking, and contract compliance; lead negotiations for terms.
