Job summary

The Owner’s Representative for Capital Projects leads a portfolio of significant capital initiatives at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. You will guide projects from conception through go‑live, ensuring on‑scope, on‑brand, on‑quality, and on‑budget delivery while coordinating with clinical leaders and enterprise partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in senior healthcare operations or senior facilities management; 12+ years strongly preferred.
• Facilities planning and capital program oversight experience preferred.
• Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required.
• PMP certification and LEAN principles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver key capital projects for Wexner Medical Center and College of Medicine.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams and manage scope, budgets and schedules.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders, Facilities Operations, and university partners to minimize risk and disruptions.
