Job summary

MIRATECH, a global leader in emission and silencing solutions, is currently seeking an Outsource Coordinator in Houston, Texas. The role involves managing outsourced manufacturing operations, ensuring timely delivery of materials and components, and optimizing production strategies. You will work closely with external partners and internal teams to foster strong supplier relationships and improve supply chain efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in supply chain management, a strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and retirement matching.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in supply chain or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Master Production Scheduling and Inventory Management.
• Proven success in process improvement and cost reduction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize outsourced manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate material movement with 3PL providers.
• Track production progress and supplier performance metrics.
