Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of progressive accounting experience including leadership
• CPA preferred and/or MBA equivalent
• Experience with outsourced accounting or advisory services is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team; assign work and provide feedback
• Oversee accounts payable workflows and payroll processing
• Lead month-end close; review journal entries and reconciliations
• Support budgeting, cash flow forecasting and analytics
• Coordinate with client leadership and manage audit requests
