The role requires 5+ years in business development, public relations, or marketing (healthcare preferred), strong presentation skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, public relations, and/or marketing, preferably in health care.
• Experience with community outreach and presentations to groups.

Responsibilities

• Identifying opportunities for promoting the community and coordinating referral, outreach events or activities to attract and secure referrals that generate leads.
• Developing and evaluating a quarterly/annual outreach and marketing plan.
• Representing the company and establishing relationships with business and community leaders as well as conducting public speaking engagements and tours of the community and care center.
• Partnering with the Sales Director to identify potential care center residents.
