Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of outpatient programs (PHP/IOP/IP) to ensure efficiency and quality care.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and licensing standards.
• Monitor care coordination and quality of care; identify and implement improvements.
• Supervise clinical staff and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with medical director, UR, and treatment team to align care and documentation.
• Maintain chart audits and ensure HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 compliance.
• Develop discharge planning and after-care processes for patients.
• Collaborate with partners and referral sources to ensure access and continuity of care.
