Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conducts individual and group therapy sessions to educate patients on psychological, emotional, or substance abuse issues.
• Displays active involvement in treatment planning processes.
• Provides family session counseling to support communication and involvement of family and support groups.
• Communicates with clients, families, and outside referral sources.
• Completes all documentation thoroughly and timely in accordance with hospital standards.
