Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC in Kentwood, Michigan is seeking an Outbound Specialist to manage daily outbound shipping operations. You will create shipment orders in the MRP system, generate Bills of Lading, and oversee all domestic and international shipment documentation to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

Associates Degree or two years related logistics experience.
Experience creating shipment orders in an MRP system is preferred.
Ability to interpret shipment documents and manage carrier communications.

Responsibilities

Create shipment orders in the MRP system and generate Bills of Lading.
Oversee domestic and international shipment documentation, including load tenders and export paperwork.
Coordinate outbound shipping with carriers and dispatch teams to meet production targets.
Monitor FG levels and ensure shipments occur within 3–7 days of production.
Investigate and resolve invoice or cost discrepancies with Accounting and Supply Chain.
Provide status updates and KPI reporting to maintain on-time delivery.
Maintain customer portals with accurate shipment postings.
