Job summary

Carley Corporation seeks an Operations Research Systems Analyst (ORSA) to support the Center for Warfare Training (CIWT) in Pensacola, Florida. The role is onsite at a Navy schoolhouse and requires obtaining/maintaining a security clearance and CAC for base access.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in training systems or related programs, strong analytical skills, and experience with data modeling, SharePoint, and Power BI. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in operations research, analysis or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in training systems, force designs, or educational program management.
• Experience with analytical studies using mathematical and statistical methods for education/training design.
• Strong understanding of Navy Training Process (NTP) and AIM toolset (CPM/LO Module).
• Superior analytical, writing and editing skills for executive briefings.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
• Data modeling, database development and data mining with SharePoint.
• Experience with reporting packages and large data analysis (Excel/Power BI).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present findings.
• U.S. citizenship and active Secret clearance (CAC for base access).

Responsibilities

• Manage, analyze, and integrate programs and projects with oversight and technical support.
• Define program objectives and requirements.
• Interface with government personnel and contract staff.
• Identify data needs and gather information.
• Develop integrated conclusions and insights.
• Implement actions supporting defined agenda and objectives.
• Provide progress reports on project, financial, and technical status.
• Prepare PMRs and milestone decision templates.
• Design program planning timelines.
• Track execution and expenditures; perform additional duties as needed.
