Job summary

Advantage SCI, LLC is seeking an Operations Research and Systems Analyst (ORSA) to support the Marine Forces Special Operations Command. The role involves analytical input, research design, and synthesis of complex findings for executive-level understanding.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s in operations research, a TOP SECRET/SCI clearance, and at least two years of DoD staff experience, with familiarity of MARSOC organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations research or equivalent.
• TOP SECRET/SCI clearance.
• Minimum 2 years’ DoD experience on a Military staff.
• Knowledge of MARSOC organization and needs.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and develops analytical input for evaluation documentation related to USSOCOM and service level strategy and threats.
• Designs research methods and conducts qualitative and quantitative analyses of complex military problems.
• Summarizes analyses in accessible terms for non-ORSA SMEs.
• Coordinates ORSA actions with other staff elements to ensure actionable outcomes.
