Job summary
AdventHealth in Florida seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead IT initiatives within a healthcare environment. You will define project scope, plan detailed schedules, and coordinate resources to deliver on strategic goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
- 5+ change management experience preferred.
- Experience implementing enterprise systems (HR, credentials, or healthcare) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Defines project scope, establishing objectives, deliverables and boundaries.
- Plans project schedule with milestones and deadlines.
- Reports status and updates to stakeholders and management.
- Allocates resources, tasks and budget; manages personnel and materials.
- Manages risks and mitigation strategies.
- Communicates with stakeholders to maintain engagement.
- Monitors progress and adjusts plans as needed.
- Controls budget to stay within funds.
- Ensures quality with control measures to meet standards.
