Job summary

MLK Community Healthcare is seeking an Organizational Development and Employee Engagement Manager to lead leadership development and staff engagement initiatives. The role collaborates with HR and senior leaders to implement strategic programs that foster high performance and an engaged workforce.

The position focuses on coaching, program design, succession planning, and continuous improvement to align with the organization’s mission and patient care goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of internal consultation, facilitation, training and organizational development experience in a healthcare or hospital setting preferred.
• Strong platform training and facilitation skills with dynamic presence.
• Ability to manage relationships, influence decisions and work with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Act as advisor to organizational members; coach individuals and managers on effective actions and perspectives.
• Provide coaching, facilitation, team development, and organization development services in collaboration with HR.
• Design and deliver just-in-time training modules using instructional design methodologies.
