Job summary

Cook MyoSite, part of Cook Group, is seeking an Organizational Corporate Communications and Change Partner to drive successful change and communication strategies. This strategic role will partner with leaders to ensure alignment and facilitate transitions within a mid-sized, innovation-driven biotech company.

The successful candidate will have several years of experience in corporate communications or change management, and a proven record in supporting product launch and organizational development.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in corporate communications, change management, or organizational transformation.
• Experience in HR, Organizational Development, or program/project management preferred.
• Experience in biotech, pharma, or regulated GxP environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication and change management strategies.
• Create clear messaging about business rationale and impacts.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and manage resistance to change.
• Monitor communication effectiveness and refine strategies.
