Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years in warehouse ops, planning, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience with ERP/WMS/WES systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytics and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain daily and near-term order plans based on demand, inventory, capacity, and service commitments.
• Review open orders for completeness and readiness; resolve exceptions before release.
• Prioritize and release orders in the ERP/WMS while balancing throughput and customer priorities.
• Monitor order progress from release to shipment; adjust plans as conditions shift.
• Collaborate with inventory control to investigate shortages and lot/date restrictions.
• Coordinate with transportation on shipping windows and appointment requirements.
• Maintain planning data, order status, and notes; prepare daily queues and handoff reports.
• Analyze backlog, release timing, and capacity trends; recommend data-supported improvements.
• Follow contracts, food safety requirements, and standard operating procedures.
