Job summary

RiseMe is seeking an Order Management Specialist to support end-to-end order processing for domestic and international customers. You will work with Sales, Demand Planning, Purchasing, Global Logistics, Finance, IT/EDI and Warehouse teams to monitor orders, resolve discrepancies, and maintain service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Bachelor of Science (BS) required.
• 2–4 years of relevant order management or related experience.
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SAP and EDI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer purchase orders from receipt through entry, fulfillment, invoicing and follow-up.
• Process SAP orders and validate customer, item, ship-to, pricing and quantities.
• Monitor open orders and coordinate timely release to warehouse or DC.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Finance and IT to resolve issues and ensure service levels.
• Generate reports and maintain accurate order documentation and notes.
