Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. seeks a Talent Acquisition Senior Associate to drive full-cycle recruiting for Oracle-focused roles within the Oracle Business Unit.

You’ll partner with hiring managers, build pipelines, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience across a range of technology and consulting positions. The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years of corporate recruiting experience, sourcing passive talent, and proven ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a corporate environment, professional services organization, technology company, or executive search firm.
• Experience recruiting technology, ERP, consulting, or other specialized professional talent.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience supporting Oracle-related hiring, including Oracle ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM, OCI, or related consulting capabilities.
• Professional services or consulting industry recruiting experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for Oracle-related roles across the Oracle Business Unit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, provide updates, and manage expectations.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines, and engage passive candidates.
• Conduct recruiter screens, summarize findings, and support interview debriefs.
