Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. seeks a Business Analyst for the Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) program. You will bridge finance and IT, gather requirements for billing, revenue, tax and financial reporting, and translate them into BRDs and specs for enhancements and integrations.

Reporting to the Technical Manager, you’ll lead UAT, data reconciliation, and upgrade support while ensuring accounting standards and regulatory compliance are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of business analysis in finance systems or enterprise billing.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum alongside developers, DBAs, QA engineers.
• Hands-on with Oracle ORMB, CC&B, or a comparable billing platform.
• Strong understanding of core accounting and finance concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL/PL SQL for data querying and reconciliation.
• Ability to communicate complex requirements clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison among stakeholders, ORMB team, and vendors.
• Elicit and validate requirements for ORMB billing and revenue management.
• Conduct workshops to capture current and target-state processes.
• Write BRDs, functional specs, use cases, process maps, and data mappings.
• Define and coordinate UAT test scenarios and traceability.
• Facilitate change management activities and training materials.
• Maintain a living repository of functional documentation.
• Analyze data and present insights to leadership.
• Assist with project management using SQL and APIs.
