Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. seeks a Finance Business Analyst to bridge finance and IT for ORMB billing and revenue processes in Jacksonville. You will gather requirements, author BRDs and functional specs, and support upgrades and integrations.

Work with finance leads, QA, and developers in Agile sprints; perform UAT, data reconciliation, and reporting. Strong SQL skills and knowledge of Oracle ORMB/CC&B are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of business analysis experience in a finance systems or enterprise billing environment.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery teams with developers, DBAs, and QA engineers.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ORMB, CC&B, or a comparable utility/revenue billing platform.
• Strong understanding of core accounting and finance concepts: AR, revenue recognition, GL, tax, period close.
• Proficiency in SQL/PL SQL for data querying and reconciliation analysis.
• Ability to communicate complex requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, the ORMB development team, and third-party vendors.
• Elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements for ORMB billing and revenue management.
• Capture current-state and target-state processes through workshops and interviews.
• Create BRDs, functional specs, use cases, and data mappings for enhancements and integrations.
• Define and coordinate UAT with test scenarios and traceability matrices.
• Lead change management activities including impact assessments and user guides.
• Maintain a living repository of functional documentation and data mappings.
• Provide data-driven insights to stakeholders and leadership.
• Assist with project management and coordination across time zones.
