Job summary

JTEC Consulting LLC is seeking a Senior Business Architect with deep Oracle EBS Financials and USAF FM expertise to lead future-state design and implementation for a USAF modernization initiative. You will bridge Air Force financial stakeholders and Agile delivery teams to shape process design, requirements, and solution blueprints.

Qualifications

• Current secret clearance (minimum) required.
• Bachelor's degree as listed; relevant discipline.
• Oracle EBS: 10+ years of functional and business process experience with hands-on configuration and full lifecycle implementations.
• MRO Business Process Engineering: 10+ years in design and transformation with MRO systems.
• AF FM expertise with DEAMS knowledge.
• Agile/Scrum experience in ERP implementations.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial modernization and MRO integration.
• Analyze current-state USAF financial management and maintenance operations to design future-state solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering, design workshops, and BPR for financial workflows.
• Develop process blueprints, functional requirements, KPIs, and solution documentation.
• Own Oracle EBS Financials modules (incl. DEAMS) and provide functional leadership.
• Partner with Agile/Scrum teams to ensure configurations meet requirements and auditability.
• Support CRPs, blueprinting sessions, testing, and solution validation.
• Present system demonstrations and educate stakeholders on capabilities and changes.
• Ensure quality standards, financial compliance, and alignment with business needs throughout the lifecycle.
