Job summary

JTEC Consulting LLC seeks a Business Architect with deep Oracle EBS & Maintenance expertise to support USAF modernization at the depot level. You will bridge Air Force stakeholders and technical teams, guiding process design, requirements, and Oracle EBS configurations.

The role requires depot‑level MX experience, strong BPR skills, and active security clearance, with on‑site work at Warner Robins, GA or other bases as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years Oracle EBS functional experience with hands-on configuration.
• Depot-level DoD experience in maintenance operations.
• ERP implementations in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Current Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support MRO-S modernization at the depot level.
• Analyze current-state maintenance operations and design future-state solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering, design workshops, and BPR efforts.
• Develop process blueprints, KPIs, and documentation.
• Own Oracle EBS functional areas and provide leadership.
• Coordinate with Agile/Scrum teams for configurations and development.
• Support CRPs, blueprinting, testing, and validation.
• Present system demonstrations and educate stakeholders on capabilities.
