Job summary

Ramp seeks a Technical Consultant for Strategic Enterprise accounts focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud. You’ll act as the technical and financial SME, guiding complex integrations, advising on ERP deployments, and aligning engineering roadmaps to customer needs.

You’ll partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to deliver scalable, high-value solutions across multi-entity environments and Ramp’s API surface. A strong background in Oracle Cloud Financials and APIs is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business or related field.
• 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or similar customer-facing technical role.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud including financials modules and ERP deployments.
• Deep familiarity with Oracle Cloud Financials accounting workflows (GL, AP, SLA, multi-org).
• Comfort with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture for finance stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to address enterprise gaps and influence roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Technical Consultant for Strategic Enterprise accounts with Oracle Cloud deployments.
• Advise customers and Ramp teams on Oracle Cloud integration and system design.
• Assess requirements and propose scalable Oracle Cloud/HRIS/API solutions.
• Support onboarding and implementation workstreams to speed value realization.
• Troubleshoot Oracle Cloud integration blockers and guide complex configurations.
• Contribute to internal docs and tooling for Oracle Cloud use cases.
• Influence product roadmap by relaying customer pain points to Product/Engineering.
