Job summary

Infosys seeks an Oracle Cloud Customer Experience Solution Architect to lead CX projects in the US, driving ERP and CRM integration across Subscription Management, Field Service, and CPQ modules. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and strategic project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle CX modules (Subscription Management Cloud, Field Service Cloud, Fusion Sales Cloud, CPQ Cloud).
• Implementation experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud environments.
• 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle CX implementations as a finance lead/architect or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decisions for project execution.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to define scope and align on outcomes.
• Refine project management processes using best practices for efficiency.
• Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies.
• Monitor margins and align actual performance with financial targets.
• Develop RFP responses and contribute to commercial estimates and GTM strategies.
• Oversee resource allocation and set performance objectives for teams.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and training roadmaps.
