The compensation range is between $80,000 and $140,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC, Generator, or Data Center optimization.
• 3+ years using ESRI products and/or knowledge of software development best practices.
• Proven program management experience handling multiple $1M+ projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify improvement initiatives that will reduce costs or grow top-line revenue.
• Develop a clear roadmap for execution, including project plans and timelines.
• Lead and oversee project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
• Monitor progress, track KPIs, manage interdependencies, and adjust plans.
