Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider in the United States is seeking a Manager of Optimization to enhance operational workflows and lead high-impact projects in the Telecom industry. Your Impact

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager, Optimization with deep knowledge and experience in the Telecom industry to join our Innovation and Optimization team. In this role you will identify improvement initiatives, implement best practices, enhance operational workflows, and plan, execute, and deliver successful projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executives to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.

Core Responsibilities
Optimization Strategy and Implementation
  • Identify improvement initiatives that will reduce costs or grow top‑line revenue, emphasizing our GIS platform.
  • Define the business case with key stakeholders, align with organizational goals, and support growth strategy.
  • Develop a clear roadmap for execution, including detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Communication and Collaboration
  • Assess program performance, benchmark trends, and deliver senior leadership presentations that illustrate impacts and actions.
  • Research findings, secure client stakeholder buy‑in, and work with stakeholder teams to implement changes.
  • Build strategic relationships to identify high-impact initiatives.
Project Execution
  • Lead and oversee project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Monitor progress, track KPIs, manage interdependencies, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
  • Address stakeholder concerns, maintain positive relationships, and foster open communication.
Risk Management and Change Planning
  • Plan for change and risks across all projects in the program.
  • Mitigate risks and adapt to evolving circumstances.
  • Maintain comprehensive program documentation.
Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments.
  • Evaluate project success, document lessons learned, and identify improvement opportunities.
Core Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC, Generator, or Data Center optimization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, GIS, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years using ESRI products and/or knowledge of software development best practices.
  • Proven program management experience handling multiple $1M+ projects.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Compensation and Benefits

Base Pay Range: $80,000 USD – $140,000 USD
