The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in optimization and strong technical leadership skills. Competitive total compensation ranges from $217,500 - $237,000 and includes equity grants and robust health benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience formulating and solving optimization problems in production environments.
• Familiarity with solvers such as Gurobi, XPRESS, HiGHS, or CPLEX.
• Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow or Dagster.

Responsibilities

• Build the Optimization Engine to drive GW-Scale Microgrids.
• Collaborate across engineering and business teams to ensure performance.
• Design, implement and maintain production code for optimization workflows.
