Job summary

Oak Leaf Solutions is seeking an Operations Support Specialist in Hanover, MD, to monitor and triage work items, analyze information for government decision makers, and route actions to stakeholders. A current TS/SCI clearance with a Maryland polygraph is required.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of relevant experience with an Associate's degree (or 5+ with a Bachelor's, 3+ with a Master's; 2 extra years may substitute for an Associate's).

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI clearance with MD polygraph required.
• 6+ years of relevant experience with an Associate's degree, 5+ years with a Bachelor's, or 3+ years with a Master's; 2 more years may substitute for an Associate's degree (total 8).
• Degree in Law, Business, Accounting, or related fields (e.g., Finance, Economics, Management, IT).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage incoming work items; analyze and compile information for new actions; route actions to stakeholders.
• Analyze and summarize key points for government decision makers; organize and relay responses.
• Prepare meeting agendas; record decisions; track follow‑up actions to closure.
• Collect and compile information to report statuses and metrics.
• Train new team members.
• Assist in designing and creating web pages, data storage mechanisms, and documenting procedures.
• Assist in implementing operating methods to improve processing and distribution of information and controls.
