• Degree in Law, Business, Accounting, or a related field (e.g., Finance, Economics, IT).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage incoming work items; analyze and compile information to create new actions.
• Route actions to appropriate stakeholders; document and track actions to completion.
• Analyze and summarize key points for government decision makers; organize and relay responses.
• Prepare meeting agendas; record decisions and track follow-on actions to closure.
• Collect and compile information to report statuses and metrics.
• Train new team members.
• Assist in designing and creating web pages, data storage mechanisms, and documenting procedures.
• Assist in implementing operating methods to improve processing and information distribution.
