Job summary
Lockheed Martin is seeking a candidate to join a high-performing analysis team, supporting new business captures, IRAD, and legacy programs. You will participate in Operations Analysis, develop metrics, and recommend improvements from simulation results while collaborating with senior analysts and program leadership.
Proficiency in AI prompting and applying AI/ML concepts to Strike missile systems, Missile Defense, sensors, and Battle Management is expected.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM field required.
- Ability to receive and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
- MATLAB and/or Python skills.
- Ability to tackle detailed technical assignments with research and algorithm/model development.
Responsibilities
- Perform research and develop Analysis Plans for missions and programs.
- Develop metrics to assess system performance from simulations.
- Draw conclusions and make recommendations from simulation outputs.
- Support code development/maintenance for core tools and scripts; interface with senior analysts and leadership.
