Job summary

Seccl is seeking an experienced Operations delivery lead to join our Pensions operations team at an exciting growth stage. You will own the end-to-end performance of SIPP and ISA operations tax wrappers, building the operational structure and controls to scale while delivering excellent customer outcomes.

You will lead a team, partner with product/engineering/risk, and design scalable processes. This hands-on leadership role requires managing growth and ensuring robust controls from the outset.

Qualifications

• Operational leadership experience within platforms, wealth management or fintechs.
• Track record of delivering improvements by partnering with Product/Engineering/Risk to strengthen controls and enable scale.
• Experience leading and developing operational teams through periods of growth and change.
• Demonstrable experience designing scalable operational processes and operating models.
• SIPP operational expertise with understanding of pension administration processes.
• Strong understanding of regulatory environment shaping pension and investment operations (Consumer Duty, CASS, pension/ISA obligations).
• Data-driven mindset with MI and operational metrics to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Owning end-to-end performance of SIPP and ISA operations tax wrappers team.
• Leading a specialist team of operations analysts focused on pensions and tax wrappers.
• Partnering with product, engineering, technical services to redesign and implement scalable operating models.
