Job summary

Uber is seeking a Strategic Operations Manager for the Earner Marketplace & Matching team within the US & Canada Mobility business. You will shape pricing, incentives, matching, and other levers to improve marketplace reliability and supply health, partnering with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in operations, product operations, analytics, strategy, management consulting, product management, or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term strategy for Earner Pricing and Matching, identify high-impact opportunities, influence roadmaps and cross-functional initiatives to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Synthesize insights across pricing, matching, incentives, positioning, and quality to form a holistic view of marketplace levers and drive outcomes.
• Lead the team's most complex work, frame problems, develop business strategy, and translate insights into clear recommendations and compelling business cases.
• Champion the strategy through clear, data-driven communication and build alignment across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and leadership.
