- Demonstrated ability to develop long-term strategies, evaluate complex business tradeoffs, and identify high-impact opportunities in ambiguous environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience structuring complex problems and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Ability to connect insights across complex systems to drive marketplace outcomes and cohesive business strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-driven narratives.
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the long-term strategy for Earner Pricing and Matching; influence roadmaps and cross-functional initiatives.
- Synthesize pricing, matching, incentives, and positioning insights to improve marketplace performance.
- Lead the most complex, ambiguous work; frame problems, build business cases, and translate analytics into recommendations.
- Champion the strategy, build alignment across management levels, and represent the team's perspective in key forums.
