Dr. Squatch in Marina Del Rey, CA seeks an Associate Director of Fragrance Development to own the multi-year fragrance strategy across every category, including seasonal and limited-edition programs, new brand launches, and geographic expansion.

You will lead a small fragrance team, manage fragrance house relationships, drive briefs, and collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Regulatory, and Quality to deliver on-time, on-budget launches with compliant, margin-conscious fragrances.

Formación

• 7+ years of fragrance/product development experience in consumer goods or personal care.
• 2+ years of direct people leadership in fragrance teams.
• Strong technical fluency in olfactive families and fragrance materials.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own multi-year fragrance strategy across all categories.
• Lead fragrance workstreams for new brands and launches from concept to commercialization.
• Manage fragrance house relationships and cost, ensure on-time delivery.
