Job summary

Kearney is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to contribute to the growth of our Strategic Operations practice. You will work with clients to define and implement strategies that deliver short-term results and long-term competitiveness, while collaborating across the firm with diverse teams.

Ideal candidates bring 3-5 years of experience, a master’s or relevant undergraduate degree, and strong English fluency. Relocation to Chicago is welcomed for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (engineers preferred) OR undergraduate degree with relevant work experience.
• 3-5 years of professional experience.
• Located near or willing to relocate to Chicago.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience as a Management Consultant is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the growth and development of Kearney's SOP practice.
• Define and implement strategies with clients to deliver short-term results and longer-term competitiveness.
