Job summary

Kearney is seeking an Associate in Strategic Operations (SOP) Make Tower to contribute to our SOP practice across the Americas. You will help define and implement strategies with clients to deliver short-term results and longer-term competitiveness.

Located across multiple cities, the role requires strong analytical skills, MBA preferred with 5–10 years consulting experience, and the ability to work collaboratively to drive practical outcomes for clients and the firm.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in one or more operational areas (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Digital Manufacturing, Engineering/Continuous Improvement).
• MBA preferred with 5–10 years of professional experience; management consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement strategies for clients within SOP to deliver short-term results and longer-term competitiveness.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver practical, actionable recommendations.
