The role emphasizes forecasting resource needs, managing constraints, and driving on-time execution. A strong background in scheduling, data analysis, and Microsoft tools is required, with SAP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is minimum; five years' experience in construction, design, maintenance or other operations.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and manage work activities to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to retrieve/manipulate data from reporting tools.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet tools and Microsoft products; experience with scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan a multi-week region-wide work schedule based on demand and priorities, managing gaps and resolving conflicts.
• Manage personnel, equipment, and material resource availability across a multi-week timeframe and optimize resource allocation to minimize costs.
• Analyze scheduling performance to forecast resource utilization for upcoming quarters and propose improvements.
• Ensure compliance tasks are scheduled within required timeframes and tasks are assigned correctly across work areas.
• Communicate with local supervisors and stakeholders to maximize productivity and adherence to schedules; lead scheduling meetings.
• Drive customer satisfaction by enforcing scheduling processes and timelines.
