Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Senior Financial Executive to lead Revenue and Pricing Management across its senior housing portfolio. You will synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leaders, driving pricing, occupancy, and margin improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Science, Accounting, or related field required.
• Minimum eight years of progressive financial planning, financial analysis, pricing, revenue management, or related experience.
• Minimum eight years of experience in senior housing with understanding of community operations, occupancy, revenue, margin, and key operating drivers.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analytical tools (Excel, Tableau, SQL, Oracle, SmartView/Essbase).
• Ability to synthesize large data sets and translate analysis into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Revenue and Pricing Management initiatives, including dynamic pricing, repricing, discounts, and incentives across multiple living options.
• Develop pricing strategies using market demand, occupancy, rate, profitability data, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Build and maintain financial models, scenario analyses, scorecards, and performance tracking for pricing, revenue, labor, and capital initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Marketing, FP&A, Asset Management, and other functions to align strategies with enterprise objectives.
• Provide leadership across cross-functional workstreams and drive discipline in execution.
