Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living seeks a Sales Manager (Finance) to lead community sales initiatives and drive occupancy goals. You will partner with leadership, build referral networks, and guide families through move-in decisions with a compassionate, results-focused approach.

This role offers onboarding, ongoing coaching, and clear paths to membership and bonus programs within Brookdale's high-performance clubs. A strong sales background in senior living or related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education required.
• 2+ years of relevant and recent sales experience; senior living experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
• Proficiency with technology and electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Guide families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move-in.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet revenue/occupancy goals.
• Generate referral leads from medical, financial, legal professionals, and local organizations.
