Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects through the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and implementation.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Track project performance using KPIs and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external customers while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
