Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in project management, operations, manufacturing or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP certification and leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects through full lifecycle from planning to implementation.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver on time and within budget.
• Track performance with KPIs and report to leadership.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction.
