Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking an Operations Project Manager to drive day-to-day delivery across a fast-paced transformation program in a hybrid schedule. The role involves owning cross-functional coordination, maintaining the master plan, and delivering disciplined execution with a focus on speed, quality, and risk management.

Located in the U.S., this role requires strong project management discipline, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate with minimal guidance in a high-velocity

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of project management experience in operational or transformation programs.
• Proven track record of delivery discipline with action items and risks.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end execution of multiple concurrent projects/workstreams within a large-scale transformation.
• Maintains an integrated master project plan with milestones, owners, and risks.
• Escalates issues within governance boundaries and ensures accountability.
• Maintains action item logs, tracks progress, and ensures timely decisions.
• Coordinates across operations, functions, and partners to avoid handoff delays.
• Delivers regular status updates and leadership-ready artifacts.
