Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking an Operations Project Manager to drive day‑to‑day delivery in a fast‑paced transformation program. You will own the master project plan, track milestones, and manage risks across multiple workstreams with minimal day‑to‑day guidance.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of PM experience, strong execution discipline, and the ability to influence without authority. The role supports our Operations Enablement team with 2–3 days in‑office or show‑site; location preferences

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of project management experience in operational, transformation, or high‑stakes environments.
• Proven track record of maintaining delivery discipline across action items, reporting cadences, risks, and cross‑functional accountability.
• Experience supporting large‑scale operational or technology‑enabled programs; familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads end‑to‑end execution of multiple concurrent projects or workstreams within a large‑scale transformation program.
• Owns and maintains an integrated master project plan with milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and timelines.
• Operates within governance and priorities, making day‑to‑day decisions and escalating issues when needed.
• Maintains rigorous action item, issue, and decision logs with clear accountability and timelines.
• Coordinates across operations, functional teams, and external partners to prevent handoffs gaps and stalling.
