Job summary

Gainbridge, part of Group 1001, seeks a Business Operations Manager to own the operating system of the business. You’ll partner with senior leadership to build rhythms, standards, and infrastructure enabling scale.

You’ll lead annual planning, governance cadences, vendor operations, knowledge management, and cross-functional delivery, turning strategy into actionable plans and driving high-impact initiatives across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Compliance, and Ops.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, chief of staff, or program management roles.
• Proven track record of owning complex, cross-functional initiatives from scope through delivery.
• Strong process design instincts and ability to build scalable systems.
• Comfort operating at multiple altitudes and communicating with exec leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; experience with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own annual planning cycle from kickoff to completion, translating priorities into actionable operating plans.
• Run the operating cadence: monthly reviews, bi-monthly all-hands, quarterly prep.
• Lead vendor management: onboarding, budgeting, invoices, contracts, scorecards.
• Oversee risk, compliance, and infrastructure work streams across cross-functional programs.
• Translate status into clear leadership updates and keep initiatives on track.
